This Shipping Policy describes how FRAGGISH processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website. By placing an order with FRAGGISH, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times. During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing may take longer than usual.


SECTION 2 - SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY

We offer shipping through trusted third-party carriers. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


SECTION 3 - SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping method, and the weight or dimensions of your order, unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.


SECTION 4 - ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may require time before becoming active.

FRAGGISH is not responsible for inaccurate tracking information provided by the carrier or delays in updating shipment status.


SECTION 5 - SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain products may be unavailable for shipment to specific countries, regions, or addresses due to legal, regulatory, or carrier restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any shipment where delivery cannot reasonably be completed or where applicable laws prohibit shipment.


SECTION 6 - LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer, as described in our Terms of Service.

If your package is lost, delayed, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in working with the shipping carrier, FRAGGISH cannot guarantee reimbursement for issues occurring after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the package and damaged items.


SECTION 7 - INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

FRAGGISH is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.


SECTION 8 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. FRAGGISH has no control over customs processing times or applicable import fees.


SECTION 9 - DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier will be considered successfully delivered. FRAGGISH shall not be responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier.

Customers should ensure that shipments can be safely received at the delivery address provided.


SECTION 10 - CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website unless otherwise required by applicable law.
